• Advising on 70 lot strata titled building development in Redcliffe called First Landing, including site acquisition and financing advice, off-the-plan sale contract preparation and management;
• Assisting with the documentation of a joint venture agreement for a large scale residential land Coomera Waters development with international developer Austcorp;
• Contract documentation (including off-the-plan and put and call options), assistance with titling and survey registration issues for staged vacant land subdivisions at Mt Cotton;
• Advising the body corporate manager for the staged strata title development at Emerald Lakes, Gold Coast.
